30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At PawHaus, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@getpawhaus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different color or product? Email us at hello@getpawhaus.com and we'll set up an exchange for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost — no return needed.

Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States. Estimated delivery is 10-21 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
